Delivery Coverage

We currently only ship within the UAE. Orders placed for delivery outside the UAE will not be processed.

Delivery Timeframes

• Dubai: Orders will be delivered within 48 hours.

• Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah): Delivery within 5 business days.

Note: Delivery times may vary during public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions.

• Orders placed before 2 PM will be processed the same day.

• Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

• A confirmation email or SMS will be sent once your order has been shipped.
